Chas Movers

After finally getting our boxes unpacked, I am missing quite a few clothing items and some family photos. When we called Chas Movers, they said they would send us a claim form - we are still waiting for it more than a month later. In addition to that, they did not take everything we had agreed upon, and I ended up having to give away some items or take them in my car myself. They also damaged a fence post at our new house while pulling their truck into our driveway and chipped a piece of wood off of a dresser. Their insurance is useless. In addition to that, they are not all vaccinated, which made me very uncomfortable as they were loading and unloading at our houses.

This is my second time using Chas Movers, and I once again had a great experience. Mario has been very helpful for both of my moves, providing clear and useful input that helped me figure out the logistics of my moves. Vladimir and Roman, the movers who helped me both times, were great. They were efficient, reliable, patient, and accommodating. Both times, I knew I was in good hands. They really know what they’re doing and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly and carefully. If you want movers you can trust, you’ve found the right company. Last time I worked with them, they helped me with a move from northern to southern CA. This time, I was shipping stuff in a U-box for a cross-country move, and I needed them to move my items from storage and my current place into the U-box for safe transport. They were great in both cases and are very skilled at packing everything safely and effectively.
